Two distinct modes
The public demo at /demo/ displays images locally in the browser without uploading them. The signed-in workspace at /app/ sends your account information, inspection records and explicitly uploaded images to the Tekovaro application hosted on Hostinger.
Account and inspection data
We store your name, normalized email address, salted password hash, hashed recovery code, session records, inspection metadata, manual notes, review status, uploaded image content and server-recorded review events. Your email is used as an account identifier; ownership is not verified. Do not enter personal, regulated, secret or confidential material into the public preview.
Purpose and access
This data supports authentication, saving and retrieving your records, review history, export and account controls. Application routes scope records and images to the signed-in account. The project operator and hosting provider may have administrative access for operation and incident investigation. This is not a claim of end-to-end encryption.
Cookies and hosting
A necessary HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in, with a maximum lifetime of seven days. The production cookie uses Secure and SameSite=Lax. Hostinger may process IP addresses, request logs and operational metadata. Fonts and artwork are self-hosted. No advertising trackers are intentionally installed.
AI and third parties
No inspection data is sent to an AI provider. Model inference is not connected. Product inquiries sent through your own email app go to the project owner through Gmail; the website contact form itself sends nothing to a server.
Retention and deletion
Saved workspace records remain until you delete them or delete your account, subject to operation of this early-access service. The account settings provide password-confirmed deletion of the active account, inspections, images, history and sessions. Deleted data may remain in hosting backups and operational logs until those expire under provider controls; no instantaneous backup-erasure claim is made. Local exports are under your control.
Recovery and security
A recovery code is issued once at signup and replaced after successful recovery. Keep it private. No password-reset email is sent. If both password and code are lost, automatic recovery is unavailable.
